The Human Camera

I had watched a documentary on this Autistic artist savant, Stephen Wilshire a while back called "The Human Camera" and was just mesmerized by this person's ability to sketch something so detailed from memory. He is from across the pond and is most well-known for his panorama's of London and most recently brought it to the states to take on the Big Apple. I saw a clip of when he 1st started and found this clip of him pretty much finishing up the grand masterpiece that it is. Stephen Wiltshire truly is an inspiration. Lemme break it down, dude takes a helicopter around the city once and can draw it out on a wide scale with pin point detail and accuracy(FUCKING RIDICULOUS IF YOU ASK ME). He was diagnosed with Autism at an early age and he has been drawing from the start, sketching everything from the waterways of Venice, or the many metropolises of Europe and the US. I have always had a deep interest in Autism ever since i had to record and watch a doc called "Refigerator Moms" which was a big eye opener; they are really a fascinating bunch, so when i came across Stephen i was simply blown away.
